Mr. Babar Hussain is the ultimate founder of 360 Digital Eyes Private Ltd; He managed to expand his startup towards a social platform known as 360 Social Eyes. He can rightly be regarded as an entrepreneur, who has excelled in both Education and IT industry due to his work on various startups. He is also selected as the Digital Mentor by Enterprise Challenge Pakistan (Prince’s Trust International U.K.) for their mentorship programs. Being the Country Ambassador of World Peace Organization is also a feather in Mr. Babar’s cap. He has also delivered more than 41+ live online session as host, guest speaker and moderator with an audience to cater. More than 20 Physical events have also been organized by Mr. Babar. He has also been a part of 6 recruitment drives at different universities and educational institutions. An enthusiastic and experienced influencer specialized in IT and Science Entrepreneurship, with a range of diverse experiences in collaboration with and for corporate and public sector organizations. His expertise lies in social fellowship, science majors, alongside professionalizing his career through an IT Certification in entrepreneurship. With a friendly, co-operative and appreciative persona, Mr. Babar encourages and motivates his team workers to explore new avenues to enhance their skills. His company is owned solely by women except for himself. The idea behind women in the workforce aims to promote a highly comfortable plus cooperative environment and to empower them socially, economically, and financially.

Shazla Shamim is a highly experienced and creative Digital Marketing Expert, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of 360 Digital Eyes. With her expertise in creating digital marketing strategies and social media campaigns, Shazla has worked with reputable corporate sector organizations and mentored different brands in optimizing their digital media presence.
Shazla completed her Bachelors and Masters in Mass Communication from the University of Karachi, and is a certified Social Media Marketing Specialist from NAVTTC – Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. She has also attended various entrepreneurship and digital marketing programs, workshops, and training sessions, including the Entrepreneurship Growth and Fundraising Readiness Program by Invest to Innovate funded by World Bank, and the National Startup Championship organized by the Association of Private Sector Universities of Pakistan The Superior Group.
With her passion for digital marketing and dedication to bringing value to her clients, Shazla has earned several certifications and achievements, including a certification from Google Analytics Academy on Advanced Google Analytics, completing digital marketing courses from Extreme Commerce, and participating in various training workshops and conferences.
