Gender Equality (SDG 5)
360 Digital Eyes strongly support this goal and aim to include around 50% of the employees and students to be females. We provide an environment that is free of gender discrimination. We give jobs based on merits not sex. The work is given in preferences and convenience of its staff to ensure work productivity, quality and most importantly provide a safe environment for women.
Future Goals & Plans:
- We are also creating a mechanism for specially-abled beings and want to give them the opportunity of equal chances and a wide range of adaptability and guide them so they can work as per their comfort zone.
- Company constructing strict and effective policies against harassment and workplace offences. Such as sexual harassment, racism, bullying and many more, Organization ensures to provide strict punishment for such offences.

- To establish special apps to report harassment cases in work places and connect such online portals with security and cyber securities to maintain law enforcement.

Future Goals :
- We need to promote education among less developed areas. At small level organize technological and cultural exhibitions.
- Our country unfortunately is facing corruption and our institutions are not performing the way they should. So, our one of the top primacies is to make our institution strong by discouraging bribery and unaccountability.
